ECHA informed that the national authorities of the PFAS restriction dossier submitters (DS) Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden are using the information provided by stakeholders from the six-month consultation to update their initial restriction proposal.

ECHA has issued a press release summarising the next steps of the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) and Socio-Economic Assessment Committee (SEAC) on the evaluation of the restriction proposal on PFAS substances.
