Castflow Valves is a manufacturer specialized in check valves located in Madrid (Spain). Founded in 2003 by engineers with experience in the sector, our team has more than 30 years of expertise in the design and manufacturing of industrial valves. With special focus on the “Desalination” market. All product development is carried out internally by our engineering department.
Our production focuses on ball check valves, dual plate check valves, silent check valves (nozzle and axial types), and foot valves. We offer a wide range of sizes, with pressure ratings from PN6 to PN100, and ANSI Class 150# to 600# equivalents.
Our designs comply with major international standards, including EN 16767, API 594, and ASME B16.34. All our products are CE certified under the Quality Assurance System Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex III – Module H, covering design, manufacturing, final inspection, and testing of pressure equipment. The valves can be cast in different materials, such as cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, super duplex, and special exotic alloys, depending on the requirements of each project.
All our products are manufactured in Spain. At Castflow Valves, we have a comprehensive department dedicated to design, pattern and tooling manufacturing, along with specialized areas for assembly, hydrostatic testing, coating, and quality control.
In addition, we have high-precision equipment for material analysis, including: PMI (Positive Material Identification)/ Ferrite measurement / Hardness testing / LPT (Liquid Penetrant Test) / Holiday Test, among others.
